lacking insulation in the sole
These boots are very comfortable and I like the shaft, but the sole seriously lacks insulation. My ankles will be nice and cozy warm, but the soles of my feet will be freezing. Definitely disappointed!
Great Boot! Needs sole insulation!
I too found that the sole of the boot lacked any cold protection and my feet were freezing. It’s also a challenge putting them on if you’re seeking a quick slip-in to walk the dogs. Otherwise the concept and style are great and make for a very sturdy winter boot with great traction.
