A solid lightweight beanie that's warm

This is one of my regular beanies in my rotation of several. Quite warm, even though it's fairly thin, and lightweight. I'm happy about it.

Good

Thin, but warm and breathable. Got the XL size, which is true to its claimed size, snug, but not tight. The beanie is rather stretchy, so it conforms well. Color (teal) is very much spot on compared to what you see in the pictures. OR is a good brand, on par or better than REI house brand and that is why I got this hat in the first place. I needed a beanie for summer and have been trying out different ones, for which this one is way too hot, but will be perfect for the fall and mild winter days. Here in Chicago, January will call for a proper wool hat, but I'd easily recommend this for December, February weather and also for runners.
