An Excellent Specialized Jacket
A specialized product meant for people who want a very packable and light weight jacket. It weighs very little, an advantage for travelers trying to minimize the weight and bulk of what they pack. To achieve this, the main zipper is plastic instead of metal, there are no zippers for the exterior slash pockets, there are no exterior chest pockets, there are no interior pockets, and neither the waist nor the hood have any adjustability, which all keep weight down. Construction is seemingly relatively delicate, another concession to light weight. It is warm down to around freezing with a single base layer; below that additional layers will be required unless you're very active while wearing it. Excellent for weight-conscious travel, but be aware of the design compromises involved.
