Smartwool  Smartloft Jacket - Women's

I first purchased this type of jacket in 2018. I have worn it so much over the years, it’s just now getting holes in it. I was so happy to find its replacement and newer version from Smart wool here on REI. They have improved the construction, making the back portion a little more insulated. They’ve included an inside zipper pocket and the design on the front is more slimming. I highly recommend this jacket. It’s perfect for hikes, walks, and as an under layer, it’s a piece I never want to live without!

I bought this jacket primarily for running. It is so warm. I can put an extra layer on underneath and use it in below 30 degrees!! I am usually a small and bought a small it firs perfect. The arms aren’t too long, like some brands!!

I can’t believe this jacket is $210. The zipper is plastic, the entire length of the zipper and the zipper part you hold, all plastic. The sleeves are a very cheap polyester material, the kind that snags very easy. All over very thin. Mainly cheap synthetic materials with a little bit of merino wool mixed in.

Heavenly! It fits me like a glove! Perfect for cooler and cold weather running in Northern Michigan.

Absolutely love the smartwool jacket. Keeps you warm without the bulk. Can wear an outer jacket when the temp gets cold

I was looking for an alternative to fleece jackets to wear as a sweater. This fits well, and is a lovely color. It has plenty of pockets, and a heavy duty zipper that won't jam. Quite pleased with my purchase! I expect this to last for year.

Living in it! A great piece to add your wardrobe, especially when you can find the sales.

Very warm for its weight. Love that the blend has wool. Runs shorter on me in overall length and sleeve length than other SmartWool items, which is what led me to buy it (I'm 5'3", 130lb). Bought a small and found it a tiny bit snug but didn't want to size up because I was layering it.

Love this jacket. Perfect fit. Can use as outer layer or mid layer.
