I love your products but I'm disappointed with your customer service every time I need to call. I recently had issues purchasing online, the rep never asked if I wanted to order while I was on the phone. I've typically been met with ambivalence and apathy. It's unfortunate because I love your style, wear your masks as well plus my husband works for a large retailer of your products. Please work on your customer service, happiness/unhappiness in the company is apparent when you speak to those in service. Perhaps treat them better? Similar to other reviewers, a good beanie that fits your noggin and looks great is rare. This OR beanie is my absolute favorite. Perfect fit, great weight and warmth, and love the look. I throw this in all my hiking packs just in case and never regret it!

This fits so well, and keeps my head warm. It's also a classic look to wear for outdoor expeditions or in town with a winter jacket. I love how it feels-- not too snug and not itchy!

Overall I like this beanie. It fits great, it's comfortable, and it has enough material to roll down over my ears and the back of my neck. I dinged it a star because it's much thinner than I expected, based on the product description saying it's "inspired by its namesake", Juneau, Alaska, and having an "emphasis on cold". If you plan to rely on this for severe cold weather with no other head covering, you might want to look elsewhere. But it if will be used in moderate cold or with other layers (e.g., an insulated jacket hood), then go for it.

I don't even like hats. I was hoping this would be tolerable for when my hair gets disgusting on camp trips and when I'm about to freeze... but it blew me away. It's so stretchy and soft and doesn't really keep up after you put it on, like some beanies do. I put it on and don't want to take it off, which is uncommon for me! I love the color, everything is really perfect. My fiancé tried it on too, and immediately fell in love, so it looks like I'll be buying another one!

Just grabbed the Juneau Beanie from Outdoor Research and it's quickly become my go-to for chilly days. Not only does it keep my head super warm, but it also looks pretty slick with its retro vibe. The fit's comfy for all-day wear, and it's great at wicking away moisture, so no sweaty head issues. Plus, with a bunch of colors to choose from, I'm already thinking about snagging another one. Totally recommend it if you're looking for a solid winter beanie!

I love the soft feel of this hat. It's a great size - the adjustable brim lets you cover your ears or move it up or down if you're wearing it under a helmet or alone. So far it's been toasty warm but haven't put it to the test in any extreme temperatures yet. The band is that perfect balance of secure but not so tight that your head hurts from wearing it. I would happily order more of these in other colours.

Love the look/colour of the hat and it does just fine with the cold - albeit definitely not a negative 20 hat. It fits on the small side for sure but I do like that there isn't oodles of material left to flop and hang over. A properly designed toque you can be active in, grab a beer with, get some chores done and easily sneak into a pocket. Well worth purchasing.

I have this beanie in almost every color because they are so simple yet versatile. They are perfect for every day wear because they fit well and look nice, but I always grab one to take on my camping, backpacking, or outdoor adventures. They work well for me in temps down to about 20-25 degrees if I'm not being active, and down to single digits when active.

This is a lightweight, decent beanie that comes in a cool color (why I bought it). It's not super warm, but sometimes, I don't want a really warm beanie if hiking, working or doing a lot of movement. It's also not very large, so if you have big hair or a larger than average head size, it may not fit.
