HOW TO MEASURE:
Neck: Around the fullest part of the neck, at the base.
Chest: Around the chest, just under the arms and across the shoulder blades.
Sleeve: From the center back of the neck, across the shoulder, and down the arm to the wrist.
Waist: Around the narrowest part of the waist.
Hip: Around the widest point of the hips.
Inseam: From the crotch to the anklebone on the inside of the leg.

Snug as a bug in a rig
This jacket is exactly as described. Most important to me- it’s warm. It is a bigger jacket- not the most compressible like some of my other jackets, but not so big that it takes up all the space in my pack. The dual direction zipper is great and not finicky at all, I love the color, and it fits well. I ordered a large to allow for multiple layers or bulky clothing underneath and I’m happy with how it fits. I probably could have done a medium, but I never want to feel restricted in my movement. Haven’t tested out the DWR finish yet, so can’t comment on that.
