Warm and rainproof jacket
I was looking for a jacket that was both waterproof and insulated for warmth. The fact that it cost less than $350 was a great plus. The styling is very clean and attractive. The hood is another bonus. I've only worn this 3 times and had to return it because one of the pockets was ripped clean through! I have ordered a replacement of the same jacket and am anxiously waiting it's arrival.
Pretty good jacket...
I do enjoy the versatility of the jacket and it's layers, but I find the outer shell to be a bit longer than I'd like. Aside from that, it's durable and will keep you warm and dry.

Looks like a great design and well made product. However, the size was too small for me and I had to return it.
