[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This jacket is unlike any I’ve ever owned. It’s amazingly lightweight. I seriously couldn’t believe how little it weighs. This is a huge plus, bc who wants to be wearing anything that weighs you down and makes you feel like a bear! While being extremely lightweight, it sacrifices nothing function wise - you’ll be comfortable throughout your day. It’s going to keep you warm on cool days and I can see it working equally well on windy days. It’s just a great all around jacket. The lining of this jacket is very unique and where the innovative design really shines. I don’t know quite how to describe the WarmCube Active insulation, other than to say WOW! I’ve attached pictures so you can see for yourself. This great jacket delivers on all points — style, comfort and function; a winning formula in my book!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Marmot Warncube jacket so much I'm almost looking forward to the colder weather (almost). The jacket is lightweight, but feels super warm at the same time. It's got plenty of pockets to store your gloves, phone, and stuff, which is a must. I'm not that familiar with "Warmcube," but sounds like it helps circulate heat through the jacket. It also has 3M Thinsulate, which has been around forever. Size wise, I'm 5'9" and a medium fits perfect. However, I sometimes wear a small, so you might want to choose the bigger size if you're typical between sizes. The only negative...no hood. But they sell a similar jacket with a hood if you want one. Overall a great jacket!

It regulates the body temp and keeps you warm when it's cold out and is breathable in warmer weather. It repels the rain and snow. The 2 outside zippered pockets provide ample secure storage, and the 2 large inside open-topped pockets add even more storage.

Has a modern design that also looks clean and polished without a large coat. What I’ve found is that it’s less bulky than a traditional puffy jacket and much warmer as well. It still packs easily as it compacts to a small size, but it also seems to provide warmth according to the temperature. I’ve worn it on days from 12 degrees to 50 degrees Fahrenheit and the amount of warmth is always just right. It’s also wind resistant and looks good with anything I wear; from jeans to business, so I really appreciate the versatility. I highly recommend this jacket.

I tend to always be cold in the winter (i'm a skinny guy) and this thing keeps me warm down to 30F. Adding another jacket over the top (like a ski jacket) I'm sure would be good for even colder. Very comfortable and a nice look compared to the generic down puffer jackets. Not quite as warm as down, but very close. The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is I like to wear these types of jackets unzipped while indoors and this one's neck folds in under my chin which is a little uncomfortable.
