Absolutely Worth Learning How To Zip the Zipper

This coat is WARM. It is heavy, cozy, and does the job for cold weather activities like shopping, walking, or an evening out. I cannot believe what a well built coat this is for the money. I have Stio, Patagonia, North Face, etc coats and this one is right in the running, yet a bit more "going to have coffee" rather than "hitting the trials" vibe. Yes, the zipper can be frustrating at first. The secret is to take it and really, really get it to the bottom in order to go up. It takes some practice, but after several times I have it down. You can always just use the snaps if you do not feel up for the task! PS the hood is awesome too.

Great jacket!

Because of the low price I didn't have high expectations for this jacket and boy was I wrong! This is an amazing jacket, beautifully made and fits perfectly. Better than the jackets I have that cost three times as much! Thanks REI.

Great winter jacket

The jacket is a little heavy but very warm , it has something that prevents cold air from going up your arms.

Ridiculously oversized

At worst, order your regular size. Better yet, size down. For reference, a Medium can fit 2 active build people inside.
