I didn’t even have these poles for a month before they bent and snapped. I did like the color in the short while I had them.
Komperdell makes great gear! After breaking a pole, I looked for a new set at REI and was excited to see these Komperdell options for a reasonable price. I love my Komperdell hiking poles and expected these to be solid, as well. Not disappointed! They are sturdy and a beautiful color. I am 5'2" and went with 120cm poles.
I do not recommend these poles to anyone. They snapped clean in have after using the for about a month. I fell over in powder I wouldn’t even consider it a slam and they were in two.
At this price point they aren't made to last a lifetime, but after 50+ days mine have held up fantastic. I picked them up as a backup set, and they slowly became my go to. I'm no Candide Thovex or Markus Eder, but I ski hard and take falls. I've broken more expensive poles with lesser hits. I would recommend them to the vast majority of resort skiers!
Fair price for nice poles. Bought them because fo the colour. The poles match perfectly to my gear
Would recommend buying from another brand, these poles are unreliable and bend easily.
Bent after first use, worried they're going to break every time I use them
