Good first pair of skis (looking for something beginner to intermediate), REI doesn't allow coupon to most of their skis but they did have discount during certain sale dates. The skis include bindings, it is similar to rental skis that is adjustable to fit the boot. The box has a QR code to scan but it needs a Rossignol dealer account so that basically not work. The skis were already drilled at the factory, just need to attach the binding, adjust to the boot, check the pressure, and set the DIN. Unfortunately this would cost some extra to take these to REI or a ski technician, After some fiddling and finding a service manual, I was able to install the binding and boot myself. This is probably not recommended and risky depending on you talk to. Using the Rossignol site it sized me to my height minus 5cm. I guess it's higher than my eyebrow, according to other charts this would be an intermediate to advanced length. Even though I have not skied for 20 years I had no problem with this length (the longest for me I have used). They are stable and turn well. Right now I'm using these to watch and ski with my kids so I am not too concerned with how it would handle advanced terrain.
I'm a fairly expert skier, and I adore how these skis handle. They're perfect for carving at high speed on a hard packed, blown snow surface like we get in Virginia. I can't speak for how they handle on real powder however. Would absolutely recommend.
Beginner skier ready to move up from rentals? This is your set. Love them. Has opened me up to the world of skiing especially with Rossignol’s rich history.
I’ve had these skis for 2-3 years now, and they have stood up extremely well, and are as reliable and pristine as the day I bought them.
I have ice hockey experience and these were the skis I demoed on. Loved these instantly and would highly recommend on the east coast
Great ski for beginner and advanced. If you buy this ski, then you will have much fun with it (on piste, not in deeo snow)
Very nice ski for on and of piste Goig over bumps is easy And hold the edge very nicely 10out 10
iIt s an exceptional all-mountain ski that delivers a perfect blend of performance and versatility
Third ski season and these are way better than the rentals smooth and stable. Loved these skis.
Taking these out to Colorado next month. They seem well made and have great reviews.
