This Vardag is Top Dog
I have found this in my local REI in the Re/Supply section.  I couldn’t believe that it was in good condition and priced well. The jacket itself was unbelievably comfortable and warm. I put it on as soon as I left the store and was grinning from ear to ear and how good it felt. The main zipper was easy to manage and the chest pockets and hip pockets or a good size for holding key things. I love that they actually had zippers and not just open pockets. I’m so glad I took an unexpected trip to my store that day and perused at the right time.
Good product
It is a warm layer with ample fleece pile. The quality is quite good. The lining allows easy entry and exit, with little friction. Sizing runs a shade on the small side, but the sleeves are a tad long.
perfect to wear over a blazer
For my job I wear blazers pretty regularly, and this jacket is the perfect length to cover a traditional suit jacket or blazer. It's cozy and the colors are great.
Is this superhero armor?
Warm. Durable. Heavy but leaves you mobile enough to run from cops.
Vardag PIle
Terrific jacket. Well made, warm. Slightly longer than other pile jackets which is great. The stand up neck is comfortable. It's a jacket that just fit when you put it on. Highly recommended
human teddy bear

Very warm but zipper……
This jacket is very warm and comfortable . The pile is on the outside and it feels cozy and warm when you put it on. I’ve only tested it down to 40F with a t shirt underneath and was perfectly warm. The zipper however is terrible. It’s flimsy and keeps coming open from the bottom where it’s supposed to be secure .

All around excellent jacket!
I purchased the navy/autumn leaf a month or so ago, what a fantastic color combo!! Get so many compliments. The quality of the jacket is by far the best I have purchased, very sturdy and extremely comfortable against the skin. Can't wait to wear it in the fall and winter under my gore tex shell, should keep me warm until the temps drop to -20 /-30 (Winnipeg, MB. CAN). Would be nice to have a hem cinch cord as the bottom is somewhat open with the relaxed fit but by no means a deal breaker.
Great Value
Lightweight for its looks and size. Provides excellent warmth. I was a bit hesitant to purchase because I hadn't heard the brand name before. Would recommend.
