Best Grid Fleece On The Market
Currently own three of these in different color ways. Amazing quality. Keeps you warm yet breathable. Medium is a perfect fit. Looks great for both casual and formal attire. Very versatile and comfortable. I love grid fleece hoodies and own more than I should admit from different companies but the Abisko Grid Fleece easily stands out from the rest. 5/5. Would absolutely recommend.

I gave this a three star on Fjallraven’s site so I figured I’d do the same and give the same review here since I purchased it at REI. Great jacket picked this up to round out my trekking setup to make it a true four season setup. Primarily purchased it for cold nights when you need a little extra over base layers due to temperatures but sleeping with a puffy jacket on would be too much. Also for cold morning starts where the first few miles are cold due to breakfast digesting and waiting for the body to be firing on all cylinders. Three stars due to the double zipper, however due to not having a draw string around the waist, it isn’t a problem at the moment, if it did have a draw string around the waist it probably would pull the zipper open at the bottom as it does with their expedition puffy that I have of theirs. I also don’t know exactly how the bottom zipper will also feel on the abdomen with a full pack. But what I do know is that buttons on shirts would cause irritation and issues when carrying a loaded pack while hiking the Appalachian Trail. So I won’t exactly know how it truly performs until I get hiking again. Like I said though, the primary use of this was for an extra layer while sleeping. Don’t get me wrong, summer time hiking, this would save the use of my puffy for end of day cool down and camp site warmth.
