The updated straight gate spirit carabiner is a work of art. The gate receives significant updates on ergonomics, making it extremely easy to hold it open with your thumb while effortlessly clipping and unclipping. The nose has slightly less of a curve in the geometry, making cleaning on steep routes much easier. This is a very noticeable update to the previous generation. To top it all off it's lighter than the previous generation, while improving ergonomics and performance. 10/10
