Warm and Soft

Doesn’t last thru frequent wash cycles but it was warm and very soft. Starts looking not so fluffy after washes so if you are anticipating needing to wash even with cold gentle cycle and low heat or cool air tumble dry, go with maybe the polar puffy, which we love and has stood up to washes.

Awesome pet-friendly blanket!

I use this blanket constantly. It's great for warm-weather camping when it gets breezy & the sun sets. I've used it as a layer under Rumpl Nanopuff blankets winter camping in CA where it got to low 30s at night and it was cozy, but not a thick or super warm blanket on it's own. I love the loop holes to use it like a cape like the other blankets. I also use it as a throw blanket on my bed at home & my dog and cat also love to snuggle in it. I love the anti-static feature, and I haven't noticed it retaining a lot of pet hair which is nice. At first I thought the price was a little steep but after having it for a few months, it has seemed to be worth it!

Had one and loved it. Changed decor on my camper bed so I got the black and white one.

Repels Dog Hair - Soft and Cozy!

Another RUMPL blanket that the family fights over - this is our newest addition after a puffy sherpa - and we love it just as much! It's not as heavy as the puffy sherpa, but it does provide substantial warmth and comfort for the weight (lightweight). The cape feature is a nice touch - you can cape it over yourself and walk around the house or yard hands-free. This blanket often finds itself at the foot of the bed - our dog's favorite spot. As much as she lays on it (longer-haired shepherd), the blanket barely retains any dog hair, and as others have mentioned, it is not at all static-y, even after taking it out of the dryer! It does wash well - no noticeable fading or shrinking after putting it through the dryer. It's soft and cozy and is one of the favorites in our RUMPL collection. We've also given several as gifts and every recipient has loved it - some have even bought additional blankets for other family members! A solid add by RUMPL!

So fluffy and soft

I'm the last person to walk out of a store with a throw but this blanket was so soft I couldn't leave it alone. What's particularly attractive about it is that it's quite efficient for its weight and it's pretty warm, especially for brisk weather. The cape feature is awesome and love that it's anti-static - I hate blankets that are static-y. So happy with my purchase and it gets used every day.

So soft and warm

I absolutely love the material this fleece is made with - exceptionally soft. The only thing that could possibly make it better is to have the option to purchase it in a larger size. It is a generous throw but would love to have it also available in a 1-person size like the puffy blankets. I currently use it on my bed at the fire station under my National Parks puffy blanket. The station is always cold and these two blankets keep me snug and warm for the little time I get to spend in bed. Maybe some day I will purchase a Sherpa puffy so I have the softness of the fleece combined with the large warmth of the puffy - but for now I am loving my two blanket combination.

Hello Sarah! Thanks so much for your stellar review. So glad to hear you're loving the sherpa fleece and your puffy! I will definitely pass on that feedback to our product team that you'd like to see a 1-person fleece throw. We're always open to new ideas! Take care, Malachi

Soft and comfy and warm just like it was in the store when I felt it. I miss REI blankets they use to carry so I ordered this one!

Sofa time with the Scotties!

I've purchased 9 of the Original Rumpl throws. As gifts, for the RV, for chairs and the sofa. The perfect doggy leather protector covers. These two Sherpas arrived today, different than the originals mind you. As soon as the pkg was opened I had two Scotties checking out the new blankies and on them in a flash. No reason to buy crapa** furniture covers when you can purchase these, They wash up like a dream and amazingly repel all odors of muttlys. Their walk in the wilds debris pickup just shakes right off, I hope I'm finally done with purchasing these although it's hard to say with the new rotating designs. Have yet to wear the poncho I picked up a few months ago, Not stuck in colder weather yet!

Not all Rumpls go outside

Surprised my wife with a new Rumpl Sherpa blanket. She said “Babe, this is super soft and cozy.” She finished with, “... and I think it’s my new go-to Rumpl.” Score!! Perfect for watching football (indoors) on a fall Saturday. Thanks Rumpl.

Soft, Thin, a Little Too Short

I love the standard Rumpl puffy blanket, but at home I wanted something cozier, so a fleece seemed to fit the bill. This blanket is nice and warm despite being really thin and light, although since it’s so thin I wonder about its longevity (I haven’t had it long enough to tell). The biggest downside is that the fleece is about half a foot shorter than the standard Rumpl blanket for some reason, so it basically only covers my legs instead of my whole torso. It’s usually fine, but the regular Rumpl length was perfect for me, and this one is just a bit too short to be as useful.
