Expected more

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this product to wear while walking my dog. Unfortunately, these gloves do not have a any grip to them which causes the leash to easily slip. The heating element works well, however, it is only located on the back side of the glove, leaving the palms cold. I wish this would have been clear in the description, as I expected the entire glove to be heated. Additionally, I left the batteries charging for about 8 hours and it's not clear whether or not they are fully charged. There are two lights on each battery and I would expect both to light up when fully charged. Only the first one lights up - I'm not sure what the the second one is for, as there is no manual/description included.

Batteries only lasted 1/2 hr at the most

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received as a Christmas gift. Only wore 3 times. The started out nice & toasty & within maybe a half hour we just a regular pair of gloves. What I'm disappointed in is the fact that North Face has no replacement batteries for these & wanted me to send them in for warranty which means they'll be destroyed. 4 customer service reps & no one could help, they were in a hurry & basically didn't care. I really liked the gloves & just can't believe they can carry batteries. Makes me seriously consider not buying again. This is the second item I've had an issue with & received poor service.

Disappointed! Defective batteries

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These gloves were very disappointing. The first time I wore them, they worked great but only lasted 10min. I figured I needed to charge them but even after charging for most of the day, they turn off after one minute! I thought I was somehow hitting the buttons with putting them on so I turned them on and sat them on the table, still off within two minutes. If they could just figure out the battery issue, these would be great gloves! Also, there is zero grip on the palms so wouldn't recommend for driving.

Bought 3 pairs. So far both we tried turn off constantly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought 3 pairs of these gloves at the outlet store this weekend. We are both daily bicycle commuters. We initially intended to buy new liners, but these electric gloves looked so great we bought a pair each and an additional pair intended as a gift. So far neither of the two far have functioned properly. They turn on and warm up but then turn off only a few minutes later. It is random. They they turn back on but back off again and again.

Do NOT BUY THESE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are not worth my purchase. I live in Alaska and ordered them to help keep my hands warm while outside. The gloves aren't worth the cost and im totally disappointed. The charger on the gloves doesn't stay on long at all, I wouldn't recommend them at all.

I was worried after reading the comments

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hi! Hi moved to Rochester (MN) and I think that the gloves are pretty warm. I walked to the work at -4ºF and my hands were warm wihtout requiring the batteries. We shouldn´t comment only to complain!

Battery Dies QUICKLY

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The battery dies quick when not in use. No way to tell if fully charged. Charge before you leave or else your fingers will be cold. They do protect against wind & very snug fit. Gets warm, not hot.
