Both Too Small & Too Large
I bought size XXL and found the fingers to be too tight and way too long for me. I don’t think that I could step down to a smaller size, I saw that other reviewers found these gloves to run small. Because of the excessive finger lengths, I have to remove a glove to do anything on my bike computer. Positioning gloved hands on the brake levers on my recumbent bike feels really clumsy and takes time. That’s unacceptable in an emergency situation. As for heating, when the heat is turned on, I feel the heat on the outside of the glove but not on the inside?? All in all, these gloves may work just fine while sitting in the bleachers or gripping ski poles but they are not for me and they will be returned.

I normally wear a medium glove. I ordered a pair of medium gloves and couldn’t even get my hand close to inside this glove. I looked at the glove and it appears to be a very poorly made glove. Even if I could get my hand inside the glove I would probably return it. For this price, it should last more than one use.

I can't fully express my dissapointment
The gloves barely get warm indoors. As soon as you go outdoors, what little heat there was dissipates within 5 min, and that was at -14C. No heat after that.
