Danger Saw Blade & Stake Puller can't be accessed

In concept this tool sounds really good but: 1. the actual stake-out tool can't be removed by any woman of normal strength. I needed to get a flat head screwdriver to release the stake puller - which kinda defeats the purpose of a multitool. 2. The sawblade does refold like the knife. The knife has a locking mechanism on the side of the slot - all you need to do is push that piece of metal and you can close the blade. But the saw has no locking mechanism. You just have to press on the top long edge of the saw blade until it moves and slashes right into your left thumb. Luckily, I had ample first aid supplies but I will never use the sawblade again.

Meh. Gerber has better options.

I wanted to love this, but it’s a little too large and unfocused, tool-wise. I ended up switching to the Gerber Dime and leaving this in a drawer. I guess it would be worth having this if you have a really hard time with tent legs. Maybe more practical for car camping?

Gerber "Stake-Out" multitool

Good multitool, lightweight but feels substantial. I have a number of similar tools, but this one has a hook for removing tent stakes, very handy. Only reason not a 5 star imo is the hook is really difficult to pull out around the peg that it sits on. Other than that, a very handy multitool for camping, especially with the carabiner attached.

The tool I've been waiting for!

This really is the tool I've been waiting for. Everything I would use while camping and nothing just for show. Highly recommended for anyone who tent camps.
