Sizing Notes
Measurements are stated in inches unless otherwise indicated. Size chart values represent body measurements, not garment measurements.
SHORT: Some pants are available in short sizes, which generally means an inseam that is 2.5 inches shorter than regular sizes.
TALL: Some pants, shirts, jackets and parkas are available in tall sizes, which generally means an inseam that is 3 inches longer and a rise that is 1 inch longer, a shirt or jacket body that is 2 inches longer, a parka body that is 2.5 inches longer and sleeves that are 2.5 inches longer than regular sizes.
Capri or cropped pants have an intentionally shorter inseam—reference the technical specs instead of this chart.
Inseam is measured to the floor.

Comfortable, easy to move in, great pockets
While I was not able to get out on a long hike or backpacking trip, I was able to get in a short hike and spend plenty of time wearing these shorts working in the yard, packing and moving boxes. Given all the lifting, moving, climbing in and out of the bed of the truck, etc, they will be great on the trail, kayaking or biking. They are very comfortable and move freely in all activities. I really liked the pockets. The front ones are large enough to hold things such as a large cell phone, and big key chains, the rear one is also deep and the smaller zipper pocket allows me to carry and protect my small wallet (see picture below). The draw string also allowed me to ensure the pants did not drop with the extra weight in them. As far as sizing I typically get a 32 - 33, so a medium. These were a bit larger and the draw string allowed me to tighten them appropriately.
Could be good but has design flaw
I really want to love these shorts. They are super comfy and the workout I got with them on went well (running, rowing, lifting), but there's a major design flaw that needs to be addressed. The draw string does not run the full circumference, and is instead two separate sides sewn into the fabric. I put a little pressure on the string and it separated from the inside and became detached during a second workout. I wore them for the rest of the workout and while it felt a little loose with a little bit of sliding, they did stay for the most part. There's no way I can see to re-attach the string and make it useable. It was disappointing to see that as much thought had been put into the outer design, and the attachment point for the draw sting was as weak as it was.
These are good, almost great.
I like these shorts. Great fit, comfortable. Could be improved with a little deeper front pockets. Also, an internal back pocket with a zipper rather than a patch pocket with no closure would be a nice improvement.
Comfortable travel shorts
The shorts were comfortable and fit well. The zippered pocket allowed me to keep my hotel key and ID secured while traveling. The shorts washed and packed well.
Great all around shorts
I don’t know where to begin! As soon as I tried on these shorts, I couldn’t believe how comfortable they were! Very loose cut for a tall guy like me. Great for casual wear. Great for a hike or a run. Heck, you could even use them as swim trunks or for a golf outing if you’d like to! I would for sure like to get the pant version of this
One of my favorite shorts
The material is comfortable, breathable and moves well during activities. The waist tie strings were handy to maintain a snug fit. Front pockets were good size, however, the zip pocket was not large enough to hold cell phone (Samsung S21). Overall quality was exceptional.
Outrageous Sizing
The quality seems fine but the sizing is outrageous. I’m a 34 waist. Got the large so they wouldn’t be too tight. Large fits like an XL, fell right off me even with the drawstring. Waist in the L had to be like a 38. Ordered the medium and they’re super tight like a 32.
Comfortable but bad quality
Runs a bit large and hard to stay around your waist. They started to fray around the zipper and buttonhole after one wash. Unfortunately had to return to the store and they're sold out.
Good, with some nice utility.
Nice shorts for light use in the city. Wore this on a bike ride and was quite comfortable. I do wish these shorts were slightly longer though.
Great Shorts
Love these shorts for hiking, but I also found myself wearing them around the house a lot this summer. Length is great, I'm a fan of the drawstring, pockets are adequate (could be slightly deeper and two on the back would be nice).
