Good value on hard to find 26"r wheels

Bought front and back for an old MTB to gravel conversion. Well built, quality spokes and nipples and set up for casette. Single walled, but ok for gravel. Don't come with rim strips/tape or QRs. Slightly out of true so had my LBS true them. Happy!!!

no broken spokes but…

I bought a set of these wheels because I am always breaking spokes on my old wheels. The extra few spokes seems to make a difference in that! These say they will fit 1.5-2.25” tires. They don’t. I picked up a set of 2.2” tires to go on these wheels. The tubes keep getting holes along the center of the rim, and show little swollen spots where they have ballooned out in that area. Putting on a smaller tire stopped these flats. Either get tubes a size larger than you need, or keep your tire size a bit smaller and these wheels will work great for you! These did not arrive true, and did not include the rim tape. I had to true them (they weren’t bad) and go pick up some rum tape before installing these wheels.

This wheel does not accept disc brakes. Other than that it seems ok.
