good product for the price
I normally wear Chacos, but needed something to keep my feet warmer for shoulder season. I normally wear a women’s 9.5/10. I bought these with a little extra room to wear with wool socks and a pair of Sealskinz waterproof socks. They’re great! Only surprise is the more flexible sole provides less sturdy protection than the Chaco. Duh. But I didn’t notice it until it came time to hop out of the boat onto the rocky shore. Pointy rocks were pointy! I had to plan my steps a bit more carefully. In all, great bang for my buck.

sizing run large
I wear a size 12.5 or 13 shoe. I ordered a size 13 water shoe. My foot swims in the shoe. I should have ordered a size 12. I suggest you order a size down if you wear a half size.

Excellent water shoes.

I have numerous pairs of water shoes similar and I’ve been very pleased with these. I bought a size that affords a snug fit, which helps in using my kayak’s rudder pedals, I also buy this type to fit snuggly because I wouldn’t wear them with a neoprene sock in cold water. I’d probably wear a different type of shoe for that environment. Like with all water shoes similar to this, The trade-off with the thin soles is they’re probably not ideal for very rocky streams and lake shores because it can almost feel like you’re just walking on rocks barefooted. Although, unlike sandals, they do keep the small pebbles from getting inside and under your feet Otherwise, I’ve worn them a lot this summer and they still look brand new. Btw, These take a while to dry like all water shoes made from these materials so I always just leave them someplace where they can air dry

Comfortable boat shoe

Comfortable and functional shoe to wear while boating but clearly not designed for extensive walking. Relatively thin rubber sole offers good traction on canoes or kayaks, and offers reasonable protection while walking on rounded rocks but has no arch support and feels like you are essentially walking barefoot on paved surfaces for any distance.

Made Well and Comfortable

Purchased for a trip to the Riviera and they were perfect for snorkeling cenotes and days on the beach. The soles are sturdy and thick enough to walk on pavement and concrete with comfort. I also wore these back home through the airport and plane... sandles didn't smell too good. No odor from the waters and sands with these.

Arroyo Wetshoes for Paddling

I wear these shoes when I paddle my surfski. They are the perfect size and fit and make it easy to use the rudder foot pads.

Arroyo wetshoes

Shoes fit and don't fall off, even when jogging in the pool. That's what I needed.

Well made water shoes

Tried these on in store and have used them since. They are comfortable and fit well enough for short walks and the tasks of handling my kayak on shore. Seem well made.

Very happy with Arroyo shoes

Very nice for light weight shoe. Wear it inside home and outside over small rocks. Have taken on overnight backpack camping trips and are great!
