Couldn’t be more confident in a swim suit
This swimsuit is something I don’t ever really want to take off, even with my mixed feelings about my new postpartum body. The cut is super flattering and makes me pretty excited to head out to the beach.
love these swim bottoms
I paired these bottoms with the Carve Designs reversible top that coordinates and it's the perfect fit for both lounging by the pool and swimming laps. It comes up high enough to be flattering on my tummy, and has good bum coverage - never riding up or making me feel to cheeky.
Wanted to love it
This swim suit bottom would be great if you had next to no belly fat... or if you are seeking to feel like a busted can of biscuits. The waist line is so thin and tight that when you sit it feels like your mid sections is getting cut in half. It also tends to ride up in the front which i find very unflattering. On top of it all, if you have had a c-section it shows your scar very clearly (especially in the lighter colors). I am 5'8" 135lb but am also recently postpartum.
Love this bottom
I bought this bottom in penny/black and I’m really happy with it. I had abdominal surgery last year and was advised to keep my scars out of the sun as I heal, and I was nervous about the high waisted look for myself and had some mixed results elsewhere, but I actually love this bottom! I’m a high waisted convert. Maybe some day I’ll go back to the lower rise, but for now I’m really content with the fit and feel of these. Find me in this bathing suit all year (I live in Hawaii) paired with the Escondido top! Getting in multiple colors because I love it so much.
Cute, but doesn’t fit
I liked this item, but I’m very small which makes it difficult to find things that fit well.

Material and design are both great, I loved the penny color but don’t like how the black shows on the edges so I’ll be returning but that’s just a flaw of reversible swimwear I suppose

Great fit
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the best, if not the best, fitting bottom I've ever owned. Unlike most suits, it does not cut into your curves around the edges. It lays smooth like underwear so you don't have fabricated bulges around your suit. I love the amount of coverage on the rear, it's a little cheeky but not too much. I like the rise but also would love to have this exact bottom with a more traditional mid/low-mid rise.
Wrong color
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved these but ordered the wrong color. I needed an older color and couldn’t find it on the website so I just got these and hoped they would be close enough. And then the color I needed was offered during the return and on sale. It should be easier to find sale items. Love these suits but it would have been nice to see all options from the beginning and would have saved us some trouble.
Good basic swim bottom
I love the high rise, and the reversibility. I wish it had some ruching like another brand I also bought. But I kept these to go with the Tofino swim top. They did roll down on me when I would sit down in the beach chair, would be nice if the rise was just like 1 inch higher, or add a band around the top, to help them stay up. Overall a good basic swim bottom.
