Size 46 small
I replaced my Specialized shoes size 46 with these RC5 size 46 and found them too small. Ordinary, I’m a size US 11.5, so this shoe is probably on the margin. I was able to easily replace them for the next size up.

Very narrow
No, I do not recommend this product
Quite narrow - I don't wear wide sizes in regular shoes/sneakers, but these were uncomfortably narrow. I could get them on, but I didn't feel like they would be comfortable for a long ride. Other than that, they seemed nice, but i had to return them.
