But I do enjoy a layer of corn grain bottom of pizza off this peel ! Loving my oven as well , this peel can also be used to prepaid your pizza on ! Keep it nice and cool for a more pleasant launch !
Quality and easy to use
I am really enjoying this peel. It is everything it was advertised to be. Quality workmanship. Has been great in launching, turning and delivering to the table. Makes a great presentation.

12’ Perorated Pizza Peel
Tho I like the peel which we used for the first time but was surprise that it discolored in areas. Not sure why? But may it will over time but this was one use
Paddle
Cheap metal. After only two uses its already started to pit and hinder the pizza base sliding. Very flimsy.
Essential accessory
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Essential. No clue how you can use the oven without this or something very similar. I use corn meal flour under the dough to make sure the pizza launches well, which no doubt works with a perforated or wood paddle as well. (I have no opinion about which is better; this one works well.) You will also want a small turning peel. Otherwise you have to pull the pizza out, turn it 60 degrees, then stuff it back into the oven. One tip - figure out where you’ll store it. Ours is at home on the side of a cabinet.
Good product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pizza peel is very helpful when launching pizza into the oven, turning the pizza while it’s cooking and taking the pizza out of the oven. It’s useful to have semolina flour between the pizza peel and the pizza so the pizza does not stick to the peel and can be transferred easily to and from the oven with the peel.
Game changer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Though costly, the 14" peel, if you take the usual precautions of sprinkling a smolina/flour mix on your dough, simply does not stick, enabling pro-style launces for relative newcomers such as myself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great with the ooni fyre 12. I put corn meal on it to prevent sticking. Counted to 20 w the door closed then rotated 45 degrees x4. Perfect pizza
