I’ve been thinking of an ebike for a while. I test rode a few. I like this one because it looks and ride very much like a normal bike. Doesn’t weigh too much. The motor is adequate. I’ve ridden it on street, paved bike trails and some easy gravel roads. Works well. After using it a few weeks now I would definitely buy this bike again.
This Bike and Model is Two Years old! The Battery is not reliable after sitting for two solid years! They are completely committing Fraud by telling the public that this is a new product.
I loved the bike until I misplaced the charger - there are NO replacements. REI was nice and tried to help with no avail. The bike still works, but I can no longer use the piece I paid $1500 extra for.
Love my cannondale tredwell women S frame E- Bike!REI raised handel bars at my request. Does not look like E bike as battery is in tube! Great at 39 lb for a small 5’ 112lb 77 yr old lady to lift and peddle. Do not heavy, faster, big EBikes that are on trails. I only use low gear and that gives enough knee relief even uphill. Great price 🚴♀️
Love the bike, but it was not properly prepared/ serviced before purchase in Boston. The back light was disconnected, the derailleur was bent, and therefore the gears had to be adjusted(had the work done locally) In addition, it needed 2 battery software upgrades which should have been applied before purchase and consequently caused battery problems( fixed by local bike shop).
Product wasn’t as good as described there’s a rude cashier also during pick up
