Helmet seems fine but size is NOT accurate
Sizing on this is NOT ACCURATE. My son's head has a 21 inch circumference - we measured before we ordered. Based on the measurement, a size small should be exactly right at 20.5 to 21.85 inches. The helmet is too small to fit on his head at all. This helmet will NOT fit a kid whose head is within the posted size range. DO NOT base your purchase on the size as listed on the website - your best bet is to have your kid actually try it on in person. After wasting money on expedited shipping, we now have to return this right before a ski trip and find an alternate on very short notice, which is irritating.
It's Heavy
It's relatively heavy. It weighs in at 19oz (353g), more than my spouse or my adult-sized helmets.

I got this for my son for our first try at snowboarding. He fell quite a bit and it did its job. Great support and love that it adjusts

Cute and comfy. My daughter loved the owl picture on the gold helmet. Like that it has mips inside lining is very soft and plush.
