Dangerous, don't buy
I used this on the Pacific Crest Trail through the Sierra in mid May. The orange tab that is supposed to snug the loop tight to your wrist works its way loose after a few steps and then there is nothing holding the leash to your wrist. If I had fallen and lost my grip on my ice axe, I have no confidence this would have kept it with me. This is a safety related product intended to keep you from falling to your death, and it is inconceivable that it won't even stay on your wrist. Do not buy this. It relying on it could cause injury or death.
