True to size
I decided to just order my normal size 10 and they fit perfectly. They are my first pair of Sorel snow boots (I have the Wicked Work Boots) and I was pleasantly surprised by how light they are. I ordered a couple of other brands to try but these are by far the best and so worth the money. They are much nicer than the Kamiks that I’m replacing. Also, they’re very cute. Not super important for snowshoeing but I’ll wind up wearing them around town more than I expected.

Feed wet and cold at 23 degrees
I’m so disappointed in my $150 Sorel Artic boots. I’ve sat thru many Green Bay Packers games, many much colder than 23 and I’ve never gotten cold feet. I did this week in these boots. Not even sure how the inside bottoms of the boots got wet. No standing water at 23 degrees. I’ll be switching brands after 40+ years of wearing Sorels

Got warm, furry boots?

I have 3 pairs now in 3 colors! Love them! My light camel colored ones are my favorite. They are beautiful. I wear a 10 "wide" and these fit nicely with 1 pair of wool, thicker socks. You could go up 1/2 size if you want to wear heavy socks but I would not size down. The toe box area is comfy for my normally "wide" foot. They are so warm. They are a heavier boot but you get used to them. I prefer my other boots for longer, quicker walks in the snow and cold. They are bulky for driving but you get used to it. These are boots built for big snow and keeping warm. We get rough winters in PA--not like the Midwest but it gets cold and lots snow. I always look cute in them!!! If you wait til late winter Jan/Feb, you get a better deal. But sizes go fast.

Worth it!

I purchased these boots after seeing them basically everywhere, and I couldn't be happier. I wore them constantly for long walking days in rain, snow/ice, and slush (never below 30 degrees, though—that's a test for later on in the winter), and my feet stayed warm and comfortable. They didn't even need to break in! My sizing ranges from a 6.5 in Adidas sneakers to an 8 in Keds, so I went with my measurement (25cm) and the 8 fit perfectly while the 8.5 sloshed around a little. I'm comfortable with a single thick wool sock layer under my winter boots; if you want more than that, you may want to size up.

Great look and fit

Got these and absolutely love them. They haven't gone in the snow yet but they look and feel comfortable. I'm sure they will do just fine.

Best Gift Ever

I live In Mammoth Lakes working for the Mammoth Mountain ski resort so having a good pair of snow boots is really important to me. I've always loved Sorels and last Christmas my boyfriend got me a pair and I can honestly say I love them. I am usually a size 7, which he got me, and they were a little big but end up fitting perfectly with leggings and a thick pair of socks. They were a little stiff at first but just like any winter boot you have to break them in. Have loved them ever since I got them and I get so excited when we get storms and I'm able to throw them on and run around in the snow. Have and will always recommend these boots!

Size Up

I normally wear an 8 1/2. So I ordered an 8 1/2 and when I received them my toes were hitting. I was hoping that they would stretch out but after research I see that they don’t. So I returned them and purchased a nine and they are perfect. So if any of you are on the fence, I would do a half size up. These are definitely not “hiking boots“ they are more like snow boots. I do take my dogs walking along pads and along snowy beaches, so these will be perfect but when I go hiking, I probably will find something that is not as bulky.

Broken Snaps

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The side snaps of the boots have broken off with only minimal use. It would have been my 4th time using the boots this past month since I only travel to snow conditions one time a year. The boots are warm and comfortable however the durability is lacking.

Perfect Winter Boots

I had the same winter boots for over 10 years so it was time to finally get a new pair! I wanted a pair that was warm, comfy and could stand up to the crazy weather in New England. I was a little nervous ordering online because I was afraid of sizing issues and saw mixed reviews. However, I followed the sizing guidelines and measured my foot and ordered my actual true size which is a 5.5. Even with my thickest wool socks they fit fine. They are extremely warm, cozy and even stylish! I will say getting the boots on and off can be challenging not because the boot doesn’t fit because there is an elastic at the base of the tongue that keeps it snug to your foot no matter how much you loosen the laces. So if you have wider feet I would size up a half size.

Tiffany’s to Sorel

My sweet husband gave me Tiffany jewelry for Christmas. What girl doesn’t want something from Tiffany’s! As much as I loved the jewelry, what I really wanted was Sorel Boots. I’m more of a practical gal! So back went the jewelry and I bought the boots instead. In record breaking cold in Chicago, temperatures at -50 wind chill, we had a wknd getaway planned. I can say the boots kept me warm and they are comfortable to wear. They fit true to size and I love how they look! I even wore them to see Hamilton!

Always choose sorel!

Love sorels. Been a customer for over 10years. Love these boots! Size up if ur between sizes. Keeps toes and legs super warm. Boot is heavy-not for hikes unless you want extra resistance. Perfect to slip on to take kids to school. Waterproof, so perfect to wear on rainy days as well. I researched sorels, llbean, ugg, hunter, columbia, timberland, Merrell , keen and lands end. I came to the conclusion sorels are the best for the money for cold, northeast winter days.

Fun winter boots!

These are really cute! A little clunkier than I had originally wanted but after wearing them a few time i got used to them. I ordered a 9, I usually wear an 8 in sandals or flats, but a 9 in everything else. These fit good, there’s enough room for thick socks. So I would order the size you wear, don’t size up. They are super cute!!!
