Holy grail!
Had a little mishap with my favorite windbreaker in Big Sur a few weeks ago. I was recommended to this product by a friendly employee and I’ll be sticking some of these in my pack! You might be able to visually see a color difference but you cannot feel any variation between fabric. Highly recommend.

Did not hold up in the wash.
I thought it was going to work great until I washed my sons coat! Was pealing off pretty badly. Fine for in a pinch-to get you from point a to point b but not a long term solution.

Great repair on my coat

This worker's great on a couple of small abrasions on the arm of my puffy jacket. Easy to install and will monitor it over time to insure adhesion.

Works great

They are perfect! Only problem is you only get three of them and I wish they were sold in a roll form for longer rips.

"Clear" is NOT clear

Bought this for use with a navy blue Marmot puffer jacket that got a small hole in my first season of wear, hoping to use the "clear" to avoid having to try to match shades of navy. The "clear" is not what I would call clear. It's somewhat seethrough, sure, but it definitly obscures what's behind it to a large degree. It looks awful. I'm going to leave it for now, but I'm pretty disappointed.

Gear Aid tenacious tape

There is nothing tenacious about this tape doesn’t stick & was a waste of time & money. Go with something else… this is not a good product. Sticks down & then rolls right off. I was trying to repair a 1/4” tear in my Patagonia vest. I’m not at all impressed with this product, wish I could say otherwise…

Stick 'em up!

I bought these patches, along with a pack of larger ones after my tent was vandalized in Salem. Someone poked a bunch of little holes in the rain fly which I discovered only when it rained. The next day I rode out to REI to buy some kind of patches. These are what they had, so these are what I got. I cut them a bit to cover the holes - there were a lot of holes. I used only the clear patches. They stuck OK (the rainfly was dry at the time) and when it rained that night I hardly got any leaks at all.

Perfect Seal!

These Mini Patches were just what I needed to repair my down jacket. I inadvertently snagged my jacket on a wire fence, as I was walking by. The tear was approximately 1/4-inch x 1/4-inch, in size. My jackets color is black, so I used one of the 1 1/2 " x 2 1/2" patches to repair the tear. After pushing in a small amount of down, I was able to seal the hole. The black patch matched perfectly and has excellent adhesion. I have an additional three clear patches and two remaining black patches for future use, in a handy carrying container.
