Helinox  Cot One Leg Conversion Kit

These are great additions to the Cot One. Very easy to assemble/disassemble and fits inside the Cot One bag so it's not necessary to carry two bags. Raised off the ground allows for storage underneath the cot for more space if tent camping however the reason for 3 stars is that you should not use this set up if your tent has a floor. The legs will dig into the tent floor and through the footprint creating holes if you use this on hard ground (dirt or sand). The legs act like spears that damaged my new tent/footprint. Really disappointed so if you want to use it in a tent, carry pieces of carpet or some type of cushion to place under each leg to protect the floor and footprint or you will be patching holes.

Pretty much a necessary accessory for the Helinox Cot, a plus is the storage bag fits in with the rest of the cot so you don’t have to carry it separately and potentially lose it. I really enjoy having that extra height because the cot can also be used as a chair, and is then the same height as my camping side table.

I’m missing 4 legs from the order. Fortunately, I test all new gear at home before taking to the field. Still cannot use the as designed without the additional 4 legs.

These legs complement any Helios convertible cot from an almost-on-the-ground experience to a more bed like experience. I enjoy being able to sit on the cot and it adds storage under you as well.
