Simple & Easy
I’ve had a kayak tribe 9.5 in riptide purchased from REI for3 years. It is the kayak we use the most because it is so easy to transport and use. It tracks great & I have even kayaked with my preschooler or dog in the front or back area. The kayak has handles molded into the plastic which are very handy. If you have more than one tribe kayak they are stackable which is awesome. We have the 13.5 foot as well and have this one stacked on top when we store them. Both have lasted amazingly well and show very little signs of wear and tear. If we ever by another single this is the kayak I would go with.

Great kayak! Tracks good, looks good! The drain holes caused an annoying gurgling sound so I plugged then up. Now all is good! REI was great to work with as always!
Love this kayak
I bought this kayak over the memorial day sale and used it all summer! I'm addicted! My friends say I have the "Cadillac" of kayaks. It tracks great, doesn't get much water inside, room for some storage if you're going to be out all day. Only downside is the cupholder is very shallow so everything falls out of it. Definitely not a big problem though! Love my tribe!
