This chair is my personal favorite! I've owned it for over 3 years now and it's sturdy, dependable, packable, and trusty; especially for the price.
I bought this because it was on sale and I saw another item that was similar to this one so I ordered it both to test side by side. However, the other brand was not as stable so I returned and got second one for my husband. I think It is perfect for firework watching day or even short hiking trips if you don’t want to be sitting in ground level. Easy assembly Carrying bag with shoulder strap Light weight
In efforts to spare as much unwanted detail as possible, this chair is a nice product for my girlfriend but for me, I find it quite uncomfortable. With that out of the way I will say that it is a nice small chair for backpacking but a little too heavy for my liking (I prefer sitting in the dirt). It can be strapped to your pack like a trekking pole would be and Is a nice treat to pop open after a leg burner on the trail.
This chair folds up small and is easy to take along when I go fly fishing. I use this to sit down and put my boots on and it is great. I used it last year on a 3 week fly fishing road trip out West. It is great to keep in the SUV and I always have a chair available when i need it. I am a big guy and push the 250 limit. However, it has not failed or felt like it was giving away.
I love to hike with my dog but there's not always a dry place to sit. This little stool fits in my backpack and is pretty light weight. I'm not talking thru-hiking light weight, but it sure is comfortable for sitting during a long hike or at the camp site.
