Big Agnes  Big Six Camp Chair

Sturdy, comfortable chair for my size (6'2", 205 lbs). lightweight enough for my camping needs, and fits perfectly in a side pocket on my Osprey Aether backpack. I would like the option of attaching some type of wider disk-like feet to the chair legs to help them from sinking into soft ground, but otherwise the chair is perfect. If its not on the trail, I keep it assembled in my garage so I can plop down and zone out when needed. Aside from its comfort and durability, the modern art style of this chair is just pleasing to look at, if you dig that sort of thing. Probably won't display it my living room, but someone out there just might.

I bought this chair because I wasn't spending enough time outside because the chair i had I hated. I've been looking and looking and I decided on this one because of the higher back. It's really nice to have a head rest! I'm a sufferer of neck (spinal disc replacement), back (bulged L5 disc and scoliosis) and hip (birth defect) disabilities. This is the only chair I can sit in comfortably. Its like a hammock. Due to my disabilities I dont mind carrying a little extra weight for the comfort but I have found it to be super lightweight and will take it with me backpacking and leave something less important behind. Thank you BIG AGNES! Shipping and processing said it would take 2-4 weeks my chair was here within a week. Great job!!! Keep it up! After living out of my truck for 5 years, this chair if by far my favorite. Light weight, compact when folded up, easy to put together and best of all a high back. After a long day of adventuring, sometimes you need a chair that fully supports you and the Big Six Camp Chair does just that. Lean the head back and relax in. The metal poles are durable and the elastic rope has help up well over the years. Thanks for making a fantastic product!

Very comfortable, very packable; a perfect addition to your camp set. This chair sets up in less than 60 seconds and is very comfortable. The quality of the product is excellent and it is exactly as you'd expect. If you're looking for an ultra light and ultra packable chair for a long high alpine ascent; this is probably a bit overkill. If you're looking for a great camp chair or chair to bring along to a day at the park; this is it.

This is the greatest camp chair of all time. We've used basic directors chairs, fancy nemo stargazer chairs, this is the chair that always comes with us no matter what the adventure. It packs small enough to fit inside the hatch of my kayak. It can stay in the car and takes up almost no space, can be pulled out and used any time. It is incredibly comfortable and durable. I am 200ish pounds and I never feel like this chair will break on me. Easy to put together, easy to take apart and put back in the bag. Pair two of these with the BA soul kitchen table and have a lovely picnic, literally anywhere.

Look, this chair may not be for you. It may be the end-all of camp chairs too. This thing is sturdy, compact, and lightweight. Its utilized as a car-camping chair for me and the size it packs to is a huge benefit for the product. The construction is solid and the entire thing is both sturdy and comfortable. It's a conversation piece amongst friends, and after seeing mine and sitting in it (dirty thiefs!) a few have gone on to purchase their own. I like that it doesn't take up much space, meaning I can pack more or just appreciate not having a cumbersome chair that I have to store somewhere.

Bought this primarily for camping in the bwca. As a tall dude with long legs I suffered using all the other low seated camp chairs out there. Got this mostly because it's so much taller and absolutely love it. I'm a bigger dude and have never felt as though this chair couldn't support me. Even with a kid or two on it with me.

First camp trip and this chair failed. The lower seat tube is connected to an inter tube with just two compression crimps. The outer tube that holds the seat cracked along the crimps. I have been a long time fan of BA but this chair is poorly designed and won't stand up to use. Hence why it failed first time out.

This is the most comfortable collapsible chair I've sat in. It's super compact when stowed for it's size when deployed and is lightweight to boot! Got these for van camping but they pack so small and light that we used them on paddleboard trips and backpacking. Well done Big Agnes, this is a winner!!!

I've been sitting for hours while turkey hunting and this is the most comfortable chair I have brought to the blind. I know it will do great on the annual canoe trip this summer with how light and east to set up it is.
