Perfection
I am very pleased with this suit. It is flattering, comfortable, and fits well. I used the size guide which accurately advised me to get a size Small. In many brands, I wear an XS, but I don’t want constriction in a bathing suit, particularly since I’m 70 years old. This may be my last bikini! But living in a warm climate, and having a pool, I spend a great amount of time in a bathing suit, and often wear it under my clothes like underwear. That’s why the pullover design of the top is so nice, and bra-like, without a knot in the back or a pressure point on my neck like some halters have. Love the reversible bottom too.
Not for surfing
Flattering bottoms and beautiful pattern.... but, they aren’t as functional as I’d hoped for surf and sand. I’m 5’5” and 115lb. Ordered XS and they sag and sometimes fall off in the waves.

Love the versatility of the reversible bottom. I bought the Stinson too In cilantro which works with both sides. It has good coverage in the back- too old to be having my cheeks hang out!
Good for walking, and swimming.
Rear coverage width is comfortable nit too narrow.
My Newest Favorite Swimsuit!
Firstly, the Stargazer/navy Stripe color is super cute. I love that it's reversible too. Second, the material is very comfortable and easy to get on and off. This held up very well for my trip to Mexico and dries out fairly quickly overnight when you hang it up. It's great for more than ocean/beach/pool activity too though as I passed/caught a football back and forth no problems in it - no chafing or anything. Hopeful based on other reviews that this will last for many years to come!
Great fit for strong body
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE. 5’6” 160# It’s always a surprise to find a flattering swim bottom that fits my strong, Apple-bottom body. I was delighted to receive these and have them actually fit!!! Added bonus that they are reversible and go with a few of my swim tops. They seem to be made from high quality material and worth the price; bonus they are recycled bottles. They withstood a wipeout on the wave rider and I didn’t lose them. This mom of 2 will be buying again!!!

The reversible floral pattern shows through on the berry pink bottom
When I got the Carve Designs catalog I loved the look of the berry pink bottom paired with the elation top (flowers on navy background). I ordered the swimsuit and was really disappointed to find out that when the berry pink bottom is wet the flower pattern shows through. It looks bad! I wish I could purchase a berry pink bottom that is not reversible because the pink looks great with the floral top. Shame on you Carve Designs for not water testing that!
MOST Comfortable Swim, and these are the best
Very happy with the St. Barth reversible bottoms. Slowly collecting more and more patterns each year. I'm able to enjoy all the beach play in these without adjusting. Fabric is incredibly soft and stretchy. Older patterns have lost a bit of color through the adventures, but the comfort level of the material has stood the test of time. Consistently wear size S in Carve swim bottoms.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m 5’8” about 155 lbs give or take 10lbs depending on the season of life. These bottoms fit comfortably, not too tight or too loose. Just right. I also got Landry reversible bottoms and Sanitas & Laguna bottoms. All in medium and all snug enough to stay on swimming and during water activities but not too snug that they are giving a muffin top etc.
