This is by far the most comfortable air mattress I’ve tried to date. Very cushy and without the feel that you are on an air mattress. It’s also worth a mention that it isn’t loud when you move around on it. The tapered shape is genius for tapered tents and fit perfectly in the Nemo Dragonfly. We will be taking this pad on our multi-day hiking trip in Iceland this summer as opposed to two 20” air pads. It is expensive but worth every penny if you’re a light sleeper and need a bit more comfort when camping, such as myself...
We have the copper spur UL 2 and this pad fits perfectly. I was trying to find a solution to fit our family of 3 into the tent comfortably and 3 sleeping pads just weren’t going to cut it. I have the single version of this pad and love it so I ordered this one. The first thing I noticed when using it the first night is the lack of noise when moving. Having the single person one which makes an obnoxious amount of noise, I was pleasantly surprised. My son couldn’t stop raving about how comfortable it is. I highly recommend this, even for solo backpacking.
Perfect for my girlfriend and I on a 2 night backpacking trip. We both fit on it well (I'm 6'0, 145 lbs and she's 5'6) with plenty of room to spare. Fits just exactly in our Passage 2 Tent with ~9" of space at at the foot of the tent.
We bought this two months ago and have used it on two trips. This fit in both out half dome and half dome plus tents. We got this as an an alternative to our Exped mats for backpacking and have been pleasantly surprised with its performance. The first trip was two nights in Yosemite, where we doubled up with our REI Camp beds. I was so surprised that this was more comfortable than our self inflating pads. The second night we decided to sleep on the camp bed pads instead and had a worse sleep. The next trip was used as intended on a backing trip, and again, the comfort and convenience of having such a light and compact pad was terrific. Never got cold in our 30-degree bags and never had our tail bones hit the tent floor when sitting up as our 2-inch exped mats did. The only complaint I have is the noise when rustling around, and my legs got a little sticking when I had my bare skin against the top fabric. Don't think I would trade the durability and tight compressed size for a different top material.
