These boots are the best!
I am so happy with these boots! I work summers in Antarctica, and was looking for a new boot to keep me warm. I'm so glad I found these. They are super lightweight, so they are perfect for travel without adding too much weight or having to wear them on the plane. I've been in Antarctica for three weeks now, wearing these boots every day, and my feet have not been cold once. On the flip side, I also have not overheated. I am constantly changing from inside to outside, and my feet remain at a comfortable temperature during my entire 12-hour work shift. I even walked around on the ice shelf for a few hours on a cold day, and my feet were warm and cozy the whole time. The traction on these puppies is good enough for local hikes without feeling like I'm going to slip, they are so comfortable, and as the summer continues I'll get to test out the water resistant capabilities. Temps have ranged from 32 degrees to -20ish degrees and these boots have protected me from all the elements. Can't say enough good things. So glad I purchased these!

Warm but not Waterproof
I bought these for a January trip to Yellowstone. I liked the rating down to -25F and waterproofing. When dry, these kept my feet warm with the right socks. Walking a quarter mile on some snowy boardwalks (mostly packed snow) was just enough for my socks to start getting wet. The materials are waterproof but the seams are not. Thankfully I was prepared for that possibility and had ziplock bags to put my feet in for the rest of the trip. It got down to about 0F while I was there and with the ziplocks, I stayed comfortable.

These boots are so comfy and warm. Water rolls right off the surface while trekking across creeks. I love that the materials are all synthetic!

These are cute boots!

I recently purchased these boots. So glad I did. They look just like the pictures. They are waterproof, warm, and stylish. They even came with a second pair of darker shoestrings. Matches a winter white coat I just bought at Columbia as well. I wear a size 9.5 but chose to get the 10 so I could wear thicker socks and they wouldn’t be tight.

Boots are AMAZING!!!

I have high Arch, I was concerned that it will hurt my Feet. But I walked all around New York tourist sights for a 2 day trip in them. And I am Impressed, no achy feet. Comfortable and kept my feet warm. Not bulky.

Not waterproof!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They're cute as heck. The tractions is awesome. My feet were always warm (I live in Alaska). I didn't need anytime to break them in. But they are NOT waterproof, and that upsets me to no end. The photos probably don't even show how soaked they are (nor will my Columbia socks), but it's ridiculous.

Best Boot!

I was searching for the past couple of months for a pair of boots to walk our dogs, and was having the hardest time finding something that was comfortable, warm, and with good traction. The closest thing I could find was the Sorel Whitney boot, but they were too narrow for me and I have a narrow foot. If I couldn't find anything, I was going to settle for them because that was all I could find. So glad I waited a bit longer, because these boots are amazing!! They are super comfortable and the soles aren't super thick that you feel like your floating off the ground. They are warm and have good traction. I'm typically a size 7-7 1/2 and shoes, and ended up getting a size 8 in these. If you're debating on these, give it a try, you will not be disappointed.

Warm feet all winter long!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I came back to order these Minx Shorty lll Boots after purchasing the Minx Mid Boot! These boots feel like you are wearing sneakers. They are perfect for my use — dog walking hikes in cold weather. They are comfortable and warm with my regular socks. The bottoms are grippy and provide excellent traction on ice and wet surfaces. The waterproof quilted fabric uppers are attractive, and the fur trim adds a touch of fun style. I now have both versions of this fantastic boot. I am happy to know that as long as I am wearing my Minx boots, my feet will never be cold again!

Would give a 5 if not for incorrect sizing

I love everything about these boots, only downside is it took me ordering and returning them 3 times to get the right size, in my experience they run a full size small. I almost always wear a 9, occasionally an 8.5, and ended up with a 10 in these -- and that's not even really leaving room for thick socks. With that said, I LOVE the blue color, they weigh essentially nothing compared to most boots, and they feel like wearing tennis shoes. They're a bit narrow which I like, I feel like so many snow boots are like wearing moon boots. Highly recommend, just order a size up!
