New mounting plate for a favorite pair of old skis
Yes , I recommend this product
I used these to convert a set of skis from SNS to newer NNN movable bindings. I had to drill one extra hole for the heal plate, but all the other screws lined up perfectly. I just added some wood glue to the old screw locations when remounting the plate

Nice if it came with instructions
Instructions for installation on skies would be nice. It is difficult to generalizes from YouTube videos of people installing Salomon and Fischer skis bindings
