Best All-around California jacket ever!
The fit of this jacket is amazing. It has a streamline hug to the body and shoulders. The pockets are easy access and practical. I live in California and I used this Impakt Jacket throughout winter and never felt like I was too cold. It is an awesome jacket to ride my motorcycle into. It has the look of a two-wheel jacket but the material of the jacket makes me feel more mobile while on my bike instead of my other leather jackets I usually wear to ride in. All-in-all, great fit, great usage of pockets, great looks, and great variety of colors. I would buy three more of these just for the color variations. Oh and one more thing, awesome pricing.
My Favorite Jacket
Bought this jacket on a whim and it quickly became my most favorite jacket. I even bought a second in a different color. I'm 6'3", 225 and bought a XXL. It fits wonderfully. I can wear it by itself and it's not to baggy, but there's enough room to wear a fleece underneath it for warmth. The jacket is not quite as warm as I thought it would be, but does provide some warmth and keeps the warmth in. I have not worn it in a downpour, but it has kept me dry in the rain. Definitely keeps the wind out as well. The sleeve length is perfect and the snaps on the cuffs are wonderful and close over a pair of gloves. Two inside pockets provide plenty of room for anything and the pocket on the chest is perfect for any cellphone or pair of sunglasses.
Sizes run small
I loved the brand, the material and the style of this jacket, however, size wise, it runs quite small. I like room in my coats so I can layer and this was a really tight fit. Normally, XL has more than enough room for my taste but this XXL was about equal to a L. I must say that I purchased it in the store and did try it on and thought that I could make it work. I would recommend it for the style and material and brand, but would just caution to be aware of the sizing issue.
A must for outdoor ventures
water repellent, thin material for maximum comfort. Warm enough for lower 40’s and tough enough to withstand scratches and wear n tear.

KUHL Impakt Jacket
This is a versatile jacket. Its comfortable over a wide range of temperatures. You can wear it over a vest if it gets too cool. I'm 5’ 7’’ 150 lbs and the medium fits fine. Not too baggy or tight. I live in California so don’t know how it does in the rain. But I did spray some water on it and the water beaded up so looks like it would be fine in the rain. Nice Jacket at a reasonable price.
Perfect jacket
This is the second one of these I bought (I lost weight so the medium is now a little too big). I wear this jacket to work every single day in the winter. It’s the perfect weight to leave on all day and stay warm but never get too hot. I also get tons of compliments from people as it’s a really sharp jacket and looks great over a shirt and tie. Perfect jacket all around.
Great soft shell layer
I’ve had this jacket for a month now and have been very impressed. It looks good, is very functional and easy to move in, and can keep you quite warm on a surprisingly chilly walk. I’d recommend this jacket for sure, and Kuhl makes great products overall.
Great jacket
I really like this jacket. It's the perfect weight for me as long as it isn't much below freezing. I like the cut and style, I've gotten several compliments.
