What an incredible investment!
Worth every penny. This roller is so awesome. It’s like getting a deep tissue massage every time. It took me a few times to get used to it because of it’s firmness. I strongly suggest wearing a t-shirt and a sweatshirt the first few times until you get used to it. When my shoulders and neck are tight with stress, this is a lifesaver. I use it both to massage my muscles as well as try to improve my posture. When I overdo leg workouts at the gym, it helps to roll the backs of my legs on it. I usually use it before bed. Using this become addicting and I find myself looking forward to using this. I strongly recommend this.
