Great shorts but sizes not consistent
I have a pair of Kuhl Renegade shorts that I like a lot and wanted the Ramblr for the different fabric (higher cotton content). The Renegade shorts are size 30 waist and fit perfectly, so I ordered the Ramblr in 30 also. Unfortunately they are way too tight in both the waist and the legs. I've read a couple of other reviews that mentioned lack of size consistency in Kuhl shorts and now I know it's true. I'm afraid a 32 will be too big so I'll have to return these and wait until I can find a store where I can try some on for size. So, the quality and style are great but getting the right size may be a challenge if ordering without trying on first.
Comfortable shorts, good pockets
I like everything about these shorts. Well designed and well made (yes, made in China). The fabric (cotton/nylon/spandex mix) makes for soft but durable (so far) wear. Many pockets including 2 zip side pockets.
Change is not always better
As always I love my shorts. I noticed the traditional front snap was replaced by a button. Do not like that. That is why you only get 4 stars.
