Awesome Oven!
This oven is awesome! Making pizza has never been so fun. It takes some practice to get the temp right for the perfect crust but once you do......wow!
DISAPPOINTED WITH BAKING PIZZAS
Direct heat from the burner is way to hot for the stone and unit needs more top heat. A door would be good to increase top heat as well as a diverter shield under the stone. The top should be hinged to open for easy launching and cleaning. Also, temp control is ultra sensitive. Even though easy to operate don’t think you will get the same results from this unit as you do with wood. I am happy with my grill but very disappointed in the pizza oven!

Goodbye, frozen pizzas in the oven...
The gas setting for the Sidekick gave the same exact temps as in the manual. Super easy to use, but be sure to use plenty of cornstarch on your peel when you make the second pizza. We will be using this often. And, it smells great when cooking a pizza!
Outdoor range attachment I didn't know I needed
Works great! Wishing I had the 16" rangetop instead of the 14" now. I've made pizzas and baked goods in a cast iron pan. All have turned out great.

This is one of the coolest pieces of cook gear I own. I was skeptical when I looked at this pizza oven but from the very first time I used it my doubts where eliminated. This oven works very well. I have used it for just my family of 4 and at large tailgates where Ive made breakfast pizzas and lunch/dinner pizzas for 30 plus people. If you are creative this is excellent for making artisan pizzas such as chicken bacon ranch, parm garlic and buffalo chicken. You will not regret this purchase. This oven is heavy and durable. I just wish camp chef had a bag to store it in similar to the other storage bags they sell.
Love Pizza at Home
We've owned out Camp Chef DB60 Stove since the early 90's and loved it, but weren't using it much so thought about selling it, well that was until we decided to try the Artisan Outdoor Pizza Oven. We are totally back in love with out stove and love love love this oven. We don't make the prettiest pizzas but to us they are the most delicious cause we can try all kinds of variations.
Great Oven - My entire family loves it
I bought this in January, because my immediate family loves pizza. The first time we tried it , we made the recipe that Camp Chef has provided for the dough. The pizza's were amazing! My family likes it because they can make their own personal pizza and its done in 5-6 minutes. Since then, We have had two extended family COVID get togethers in our back yard, and this allows everyone to make their own custom pizza and we can eat around the bon fire and be safe, but be together. My only complaint is that the 14" only holds a single pie. But no fear, my wife insisted that I get the two burner oven, so now we will be able to cook more on our 3X Explorer, instead of just using the single. This is a great oven!
Amazing Oven
This came Thursday, and we just made our 1st pizza. Best home made pizza ever. I made the red sauce in recipes and it, too, is so good. Easy to use, great oven.
Pizza Pizza!
Exceeded expectations. Actually bought two ovens for scout troop car camping. Pizza dough, marinara, semolina flour, olive oil and topping choices. Yum.

Love it!!! Won’t order out ever again!! But get the spatula and board. Must have to make.
