Nice sandals, but stinky as all get out
These are cute sandals and fit/flattered my daughter's feet all last summer, but oh my god, the smell. She was only seven last summer, not generally a smelly kid, and after about six weeks, we could not get the stink out of these sandals for love or money. Whilst she was wearing them, it wasn't really noticeable, but as soon as she took them off (and we are a shoes-off household as a rule), the smell was eye-watering. She had to wash her feet in the shower immediately and we had to leave the sandals outside. Washing in the washing machine barely helped. We washed with regular soap, with vinegar, we let the sandals sit overnight with baking soda. After multiple treatments, the sandals would be tolerable, they could be brought inside, but one wearing was enough to send them right back to the stink zone. Several internet searches and discussions with friends have lead me to believe that it's the neoprene lining in these sandals that forms and harbors the stink. I have a "normal" pair of Keen sandals (webbing upper, CNX model, I believe), as do several adults I know. None of these have developed an offensive, hard-to-remove smell. I'd buy Keens again for my kids, but steer clear of this model or any other with a neoprene-type material in the lining.
Great for water activities
I bought these for myself (28 yo female), and love them! They were perfect for swimming across rivers, caving, and walking on dirt roads in Belize. I find them more comfortable than the adult style because the heel is closed, instead of having an ankle strap that rubs. I typically wear a 6 in flats, and these fit very well in a 4. A little long in the toe, but I got used to it. Also the black and white looked very "adult" and not like a kids shoe!
A little narrow, but great quality
I bought these for my 2 year old to wear this summer, and he loves his "water shoes." He likes having something that keeps his feet cool but also feels like wearing shoes. I like the elastic fastener and the fact that they're both cute and durable and will probably last long enough for his little sister to wear them too. He gave these shoes his highest praise when I asked him what I should say about them: "they're pretty good." My 4-star rating comes from the fact that Keens generally run small, so we wound up having to size up and I'm always a little nervous about shoes being too long and causing a tripping hazard.
Children's Keens
We love Keens for their durability. They protect little toes too. This is our 3rd or 4th pair. This model runs big. Our child is currently in size 12 hiking boots. We bought these shoes early with our discount and dividend for this summer. We ordered size 1 online. When they arrived they were huge--so we exchanged in the store for size 13. Just going up one size was an incredible jump. Apparently this model just runs big!
Cute, comfortable shoe
My daughter has worn these a couple of times now and seems to like them. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars in that the opening seems to be a bit small, making it a little hard for her to get them on.

My daughter wears women's 6.5 and fits size 4 in these. Love Keen.
Fair alternative to Newport
Keen Moxie sandals provide the same multi-sport, reliable source of footwear for kids with a little more open air. We purchased these because they came in purple and purple was no longer available in my daughter’s size for her usual sandal. She doesn’t like them as well but they’re okay.
Run small
I ordered my daughter's regulars size 12 but they were very small. The toe was narrow and should couldn't even get her foot in all the way. One show was also a little more turned in than the other. I always thought Keen quality was great but I'm not so sure after this purchase.
Love them so much, we bought a pair for next year!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This would be my daughters 4th pair of the Moxie Sandal in Silver. She wears then down to the rubber. So I bought her another pair when I got a coupon. The ones I bought are a bit big but she will wear them without a doubt the second they fit!!
Open Tennies
Perfect color & cushiness. Left sandal tries to bite the outside of my foot. I don't wear it when it does that. Wt loss will help! It's a child's size; I'm 75 w/ SHORT feet!
