Great full-featured PFD for the smaller paddler!!
I have used Astral's GreenJacket PFD for years whitewater kayaking and love it's fit, features, and durability. After several years of use and abuse, it was time for a new lifejacket and I chose the BlueJacket instead and have been super happy. It offers great rescue features and has the same quality of other Astral products.
The fit is a touch smaller, so it felt even more comfortable than the GreenJacket and I would highly recommend it for any smaller sized paddlers looking for a high quality PFD, whether or not you wish it to be rescue compatible.
The front pocket is spacious & features interior sleeves to organize things. But, although you can fit whatever you might need in the front pocket, it still maintains a super streamline and non-bulky feel.

How does this compare to the Greenjacket in terms of fit/comfort? Looking for the Type III version of the Greenjacket.
The fit for both of these products will be the same. The BlueJacket uses foam Techtonics for comfort.
