Columbia  Fire Side II Sherpa Fleece Full-Zip Jacket - Women's

I am so happy with this fleece-- it's cozy and super cute. I really love the leather logo and zipper pull, I feel like it makes this fleece look more classy than others that I have. I wear an XL in pretty much all brands but got an XXL because I put on the covid 15 and like my fleeces roomy but definitely could've gone with an XL and still would've had room to layer. Even though the XXL feels huge, it's still surprisingly flattering. It is not the warmest fleece I own, but it's way softer than the rest. It's a high quality plushy material, and after washing and drying it at least 10 times, it still looks brand new. The only thing is that the material around the wrists has pilled a tiny bit, but I only noticed it because I was inspecting it carefully to write this review. Anyway, this is a great fleece that holds its own against other brands like Patagonia, North Face, etc.

I bought a Fire side II Sherpa Full Zip Jacket and received it 2 weeks ago. After one wash, the seam along the side of the jacket has split open. I've submitted it for repair or replacement through the warranty, but it says that may take 4-6 weeks and I have to pay for shipping. Fix your quality control Columbia! I've owned another version of the same jacket that I purchased 3 years ago and never had any issues with it, so this is a recent issue. The jacket itself is cozy and comfortable as long as you receive an item that isn't defective.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this fleece in early February. It has been 2.5 months and the fleece has already worn away in several areas around the wrist. It has only been washed a handful of times but the arms look like they are over a year old because they are missing fluff in areas. The only reason for 2 stars is that it is very warm and I do like the fit and color. Just wish it would have held up longer before starting to look ratty.

After wearing this jacket about 7 times, the seams on the arms started falling apart. I am really disappointed, because the jacket is very soft and cute, and I loved it for a month. Even the zipper fell apart at one part. I can't even sew it back on; the zipper is now useless. I don't recommend buying it. For the price, it should not be this low quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I debated ordering the Fireside II Sherpa for awhile. I did end up ordering to use when snowboarding and snowmobiling under my winter jacket. I absolutely love it, and got a dark teal color. The only thing is, I wish I had ordered a large. I’m 5’8 and normally sleeve length is an issue, but it wasn’t. The sleeves are long enough, woo hoo! However, it is kind of short and a bit snug when zipped. If I want to wear it zipped then I can only wear a tank top under it, I can’t layer. Because of this, I ordered another color but in a large instead.

I have this jacket in so many colors and I love it. However I have lost weight and need a smaller size. Unfortunately, the Fire Side II sherpa full zip jacket has very few color options. Please bring back Dark Sapphire, Aqua Haze, Wild Geranium, Frosted Purple and Gum Drop in size XL. The new version Fire Side III is ugly with that wide band along the zipper for 1/3 of the way down from te neck The different fabric looks cheap and the color doesn't even match the sherpa. Discontinue that line and bring back Fire Side II. PLEASE!
