The Best Smart Glasses During Activities
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Oakley Meta Vanguard glasses are the absolute best sports glasses ever. I love jogging and speed walking around my neighborhood and the park. I enjoy sightseeing and capturing the local ducks. I even spotted a deer on my glasses. I can capture my runs and the scenery all hands free. The audio is great and the glasses have a long battery life. I try to keep active for no less than an hour and my metrics are recorded. I love the comfort of the glasses on the bridge of my nose especially since I have a button nose. There are additional nose pad attachments to adjust for your nose comfort.
Rad sunglasses that do AI stuff
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These gasses are extremely well built. Like I feel like you could drive a Sherman tank over them without breaking them. The packaging they came in was very nice and the included charging case keeps them charged and safe when not on my face. For what they are they are an excellent set of sunglasses that happen to have some decent AI features that are helpful from time to time. The pairing and setup is super simple. The app functions well and doesn’t have any bugs. I love the video feature and taking photos from the glasses. The AI implementation is not the best available, better AI implementation than what meta has. I hope meta will update in the near future to improve quality.
Yes yes yes!! Stylish smart glasses from Meta x Oa
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got from Influenster the Oakley x Meta smart glasses as a Christmas gift for my husband, and they arrived right on time — which already made the experience great. He absolutely loves them! The design is super modern and stylish, so they don’t even feel like “techy” glasses. They look just like a cool pair of Oakleys, but with AI built in. In terms of weight and fit, they’re surprisingly lightweight and comfortable to wear for long periods. They sit nicely on the face without feeling tight or heavy, and the balance is really good. The build feels solid and durable, like what you’d expect from Oakley, and they seem well made. The lenses provide good protection too, especially for outdoor use, which is a big plus. The AI features are amazing and make the experience feel futuristic, even though a few features still don’t always detect or respond perfectly. It’s not a deal breaker though — overall it’s still very impressive and fun to use, and updates will likely make it even better. For the quality, tech, and style you’re getting, I think the value is totally worth it. Overall, this has been an awesome purchase, and I’d highly recommend the Oakley x Meta glasses to anyone looking for a stylish smart upgrade.
Beautiful glasses with camera and headphones
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] S a person who loves hiking, and, in general, being outdoors, so happy with my Oakley Meta Vanguard glasses. The black and red colors look so beautiful on the light. The charging case is hard and durable, which makes it safe to store. They feel lightweight for glasses with camera and sound. It was easy and straightforward to install and handle. Great value glasses.
The Smartest Sunglasses I’ve Ever Owned
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say, these glasses are pretty cool. I can take calls, send and receive texts, capture photos and videos, listen to music, track my workouts, and so much more, all while staying completely hands-free and protecting my eyes from the sun. With Meta AI built in, it really feels like I have a personal assistant with me. They’re very comfortable to wear. They aren’t heavy or bulky at all, and they honestly just look like regular Oakley sunglasses. You wouldn’t even know they’re smart glasses unless someone told you. The glasses have three hidden customizable action buttons, plus a touch pad that makes it easy to control music and other audio. You can also use them completely hands-free by saying “Hey Meta” and giving commands like taking a photo, starting a video, or turning the volume up. The video quality is impressive, and the sound quality is excellent. It’s like wearing headphones, but I can still hear what’s going on around me, which makes them perfect for biking or anything outdoors. I like that they’re water resistant, so I can use them without worrying about sweat or water damaging them. Battery life has been pretty good and they charge right inside the hard case in just over an hour. They also come with adjustable nose pieces and a cleaning cloth. Overall, these glasses are a great blend of smart tech, comfort, and everyday wearability.
Smart glasses that actually work outside
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve really enjoyed using the Oakley Meta Vanguard glasses, especially for outdoor walks and winter activities. They feel like solid performance sunglasses first, with the tech built in in a way that doesn’t get in the way. The frame is sleek and stylish and you wouldn’t immediately know they’re full of high tech capabilities. The Prizm 24K lenses are great, particularly in winter. Glare off snow can be intense, and these make everything look clearer and more comfortable without feeling too dark. I’ve worn them skiing and during cold, windy walks, and visibility has stayed sharp the whole time. The wide field of view also helps when you’re moving fast and want to stay aware of what’s around you. The hands-free camera is one of my favorite features. It’s really nice to be able to capture moments on the slopes or during walks with the fam without pulling out a phone or stopping what you’re doing. The Meta AI features pair easily with Garmin and Strava and make it simple to check stats during or after a workout. I was also pleasantly surprised by the audio quality. Even in windy conditions, I could still hear prompts clearly, and the glasses stayed comfortable and secure. They’ve handled sweat, snow, and cold weather without any issues. Overall, these have made my outdoor time and skiing activities more enjoyable and convenient. If you like staying active year-round and want smart features that actually feel useful, these are a great option.
Cool Meta Glasses!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these glasses to use for my upcoming ski trip but also my bike rides that I do with friends so that I can capture fun moments without needing to pull out my phone. The glasses were a bit large on my face, but are also a bit too tight in my head/ behind my ears to the point I really feel it when I eventually take them off. The video and picture capabilities are very cool but I do think the Siri command functionality still needs some work/ improvement to make these more useful for on the go. Sometimes the reminder I asked be set is completely wrong. All in all, these are cool and super fun but still need a bit of work!
Great for on the go
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These sunglasses are great for on the go for different activities. They are sporty and sleek. I would say they are for smaller heads and face shapes. The speaker function is great with side controls and the voice activated feature makes it easy to interact with meta and ask questions. The camera in the middle makes it very obvious it is there and the light bar above lights up when recording. I would say they are a little difficult to pull out of the case as the lens are very slim but not a big deal.
Great Quality Meta Oakley sunglasses
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received the Oakley Meta Vanguard glasses and I am completely obsessed! After setting the glasses up, it was a very easy to navigate in taking pictures videos and even listening to music. The sunglasses are very comfortable and they also provide great coverage if you are using them on a bright sunny day, I was also pleasantly surprised by the quality of the pictures and video. It took 10 out of 10 highly recommend for yourself or for a gift for a special someone!!
Beautiful, Premium Design
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first impression of the Oakley Meta Vanguard is its beautiful, premium, and luxurious design. The glasses feel solid and well-built, and they look modern and sporty when worn. A big plus is that the glasses come with a charging case, which is very convenient. The case is compact, protects the glasses well, and makes charging easy. Overall, both the glasses and the case give a high-end feel that matches the product’s price point. I am still in the process of testing the product, but my initial experience has been positive. I hope the glasses will prove to be durable and continue to perform well over time.
