No, I do not recommend this product
I tried purchasing last year's model of this sleeping pad only to find it was discontinued. I have the previous model in Regular Wide and was hoping to cut weight and size a bit with the standard Regular. The new model is a downgrade in every way. It's not half as comfortable and my hips dig into the ground. I also cant figure out why they changed the way it's stored/packaged as it makes it impossible to strap to your hiking pack. So disappointed! They took something that was perfect and made it worse in every way unfortunately.

Great option
Yes , I recommend this product
We have 2 of these and have used them maybe 15 times. The pad is larger and more bulky to carry but it inflates incredibly easily and the r value is great. It’s very comfortable and for the price point it’s great especially if you grab one on sale. Used them on several winter trips with temps in teens and they performed perfectly.

No, I do not recommend this product
Heavy and bulky for how small and thin it is. Not really good for backpacking, not really good for car camping. Self inflating takes a long time. The pad itself isn’t uncomfortable so it may work for you.
