Best shovel ever
Feels extremely well built and love the versatility. Would easily be one of the things I grabbed in a survival situation. Hope to add an alpha in the future for snow and sand dune adventures.
Seriously Dig This
Seriously some of the best made recovery equipment on the market. Not only is it strong, but it is something that is useable. The are easily worth the cost.
Well-built, 100%AWESOME!
Bought this for my bruh-in-law for his b-day and he loved it. He owns a Jeep so it fits nicely in the back, out of the way and easily stored because it folds to a compact size. It's heavy which is nice because it confirms to me the quality and long-lasting craftsmanship of this American made tool (as it should be!) The pin locking system is very nice, transforming the tool into three modes: 1) shovel, 2) folding for storage and 3) for use as a hoe. The handles extends to three different lengths making it usable and practical for all applications. The shovel will last longer than the Jeep I predict. Anyway, buy it if you live by the philosophy of buying the right tool once.
Delta Shovel
we really love our Delta shovel. We use it for everything not just recovery. Very strong and well built. Then it just collapses down and store behind my truck seat easily.
Delta Shovel
Things that I liked are: A+ material , excellent paint ( new) , robust , collapse design, Don't like : I've felt kind of heavy
Expensive but great
The last mobile shovel I'll ever buy. Fits behind my F-450 seat and digs fire pits in the Nicok National Forest.
Awesome product
Well made compact shovel, got shovel mounting bracket and installed on my sxs
Overlanding Essential
Great product. Helps to smooth out the adventure in my adventure van.
Does what it says!
We own several of the STEALTH models and they truly are the ultimate snow removal tool. So it was just a natural progression to the DELTA-STEEL. Having worked in the M of W department of the Delaware & Hudson Railway we have over 60 experience working in the gravel, mud, sand and coal found in and along railways. We feel we are pretty good judges of what constitutes a good, correct tool for any given situation. The DELTA shovel gives that feeling of having the tool you need for the job at hand. Is it expensive, not really when you take into consideration you have the task before you covered with a high quality, well thought out, precision made tool. We are glad we purchased one. I/we are sure this tool will not disappoint, and recommend it highly.
What's not to love?
Compact, robust and hard as a coffin nail. I have two DMOS shovels now, the Delta being the latest, and both are strong and well engineered. The shovel has to be one of the oldest tools known to mankind, yet DMOS has figured out a way to rewrite the book. This thing literally eats the classic trench tool for breakfast and asks for more. I have the lockable mount for mine which means I can mount it and forget about it. If I ever forget my chainsaw, I will always have my shovel to bring home the Christmas tree!
