Worst of all none existent Big Agnes customer service & non existent warranty. Big Agnes does not stand behind their products. Flimsy & cheaply made tent. Seams came undone on first trip. Bad zipper & terrible seam seal. Tent stakes formed very sharp edges that tore up the tent body. Last 3 photos are from my first tent. Bad zipper & terrible seam seal.
Nice light tent, but only good for dry conditons. If there is any chance of precipiation, choose another tent!! I had a 8 day run in GNP and it rained every night. Every night the fly had water permeate through and soak me...........EVERY NIGHT. Also agree with the other review, customer service is absolutely terrible. They do not stand behind their products. I have had vastly better luck w/Marmot and Durston. Back to those tent brands I go!!!!!!
