Have used the Lamina for 3 seasons of backpacking and camping, and I just adore it. I am so glad I chose this one over similar models from other brands. Yes, it's bulky compared to a down bag, that's just how it goes. I live in the damp PNW, and I'm against animal abuse... synthetic is the option for me. I'm also a slim gal who is always cold, and I consistently sleep SO WELL in this bag. In meadows, on mountaintops, in cars, you name it. It's the next best thing to being back in the womb, tbh. Store it in the loose storage bag when you're home, and it won't let you down. If it ever wears out, I will definitely just buy it again!
Was supposed to be a backpacking sleeping bag, but it is huge. It takes up almost my entire pack and leaves no room for anything else. It was marketed as small and lightweight, but it is NOT good for backpacking. It takes up way too much space. Very warm though.
