Makes adventures bliss

Great gloves for my 11-year-old. These gloves saved his hands during a campout with his Boy Scout Unit. From the hot metal canoes to not forming blisters using newly using oars. Held up great in and out of the water. Fit was great even for a yourth of his size.

Paddling made easier

I bought this recently after a long paddle ~18miles and realized I needed something other then sunblock to protect my hands. Also they make paddle rotation easier when using a feather tip paddle.

Nice, but...

These gloves are seem to be of good quality and nice looking. However, they provide no coverage on thumb (inside) where the paddle rubs skin off. Other paddling gloves do so I'll be returning these and purchase from a different company.

good sun protection

I bought these recently for the sun protection for the back of my hands. I wore them almost all day on Sat and they were great. They are comfortable and I can hold a pen and write without any problems. I did a little sun between the gloves and the long sleeve shirt. I'm glad I bought them.

Poor seam placement

There is a seam that runs on the inside of the thumb towards the index finger. This seam is exactly where I hold my kayak paddle. The seam rubs me raw--I actually prefer to go bare handed.

Good Value and no more Blisters!

Fit better than the more expensive glove. So far they have worked very well. Just make sure you have non slip grips on your paddle.
